We consider an optical resonator containing a photonic crystal fiber and driven coherently by injected beam. This device is described generalized Lugiato-Lefever equation with fourth-order dispersion. use asymptotic approach to derive interaction equations governing the slow time evolution of coordinates two interacting dissipative solitons. show that Cherenkov radiation induced positive dispersion leads strong increase force between As consequence, large number equidistant soliton bound states in phase space can be stabilized. presence even small spectral filtering not only dampens at tails reduces strength, but also affect state stability.
